• For paid subscriptions: payment authorization data (card details are held by the payment processor and never stored by the Company)

2. Purpose of Use

• Member identification, providing the Service (AI comprehension diagnosis and reports), payment processing
• Usage analytics for service improvement
• Essential communications such as notices and service updates

3. Retention and Deletion

Personal data is destroyed without delay when you close your account. However, records required by law — including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — are retained for the statutory period (contract and withdrawal records: 5 years; payment records: 5 years; consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years).

• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity — AI computation for analysis (USA). Public web data you submit is transmitted for analysis purposes.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing (as Merchant of Record, handling payments, taxes and refunds)
