Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the CCong.ai service (the "Service") provided by Haengbokhan Aideul (the "Company"), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (The Service)

• AI comprehension diagnosis and reports for brands and websites
• Generation of content and technical assets to improve AI visibility
• For paid subscribers: recurring re-diagnosis, competitor comparison, change alerts and other add-on features

Analysis results are predictive indicators based on public signals and AI response testing. They do not guarantee recommendation, exposure or ranking in any specific AI service.

Article 3 (Accounts)

Users must create accounts with accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding their credentials. Use that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law is prohibited.

Article 4 (Paid Services and Billing)

• Subscription fees and what each plan includes are posted on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle; you may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
• Refunds are handled according to the separate Refund Policy.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Reports and content generated by the Service may be freely used by the user for operating their own brand. Rights to the Service's software, trademarks and design remain with the Company.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters and outages of third-party AI providers. Liability for indirect damages arising from the use of AI analysis results is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
